What We Do to Protect Parental Rights

At the State Level

We monitor state legislation and work to change laws to protect parental rights. Check on the status of parental rights in your state!

At the Federal Level

We're working in a coalition to amend existing federal child welfare laws to keep families together whenever possible. Our ultimate goal is to pass the Parental Rights Amendment to the Constitution that will ensure the protection of parental rights for all Americans as a fundamental right.
